"Eric Wiseman grew up on the Trinity River and caught
his first steelhead there when he was 7 years old. His passion for Rivers, and the critters that call them home, led him to
pursue and obtain a degree in Fisheries Biology from Humboldt
State University. His profession
has allowed him to work on the Trinity River, the Lower Sacramento River, and the Klamath River where he gained an intimate
knowledge of each one. He enjoys passing along the wealth of information that he has learned to fellow anglers. His motto
is "Wisefish - Fish smarter...not harder". No matter what the season or the conditions he can find the fish...and has a great
time doing it.
